达成农业有限公司 背景
达成农业有限公司 由槟城黄再吉先生在1987年创办，以农药商品生意，譬如：杀草剂、杀虫剂、肥料、五金。创业初期，黄先生以货车批发到槟城、霹雳、吉打、玻璃市各地，为各地的小商店方便取得农药商品的供应。
顾客非常热烈的支持，黄先生选择在家乡峇东埔 Permatang Pauh 设下第一家小门市，为地方农民更方便取得农产品。 虽然增设了小门市营业，但是黄先生刻苦耐劳与相伴的工友仍一起送货在马来西亚北部各地，零售和批发模式让达成在北马打下知名度。
在1997年，黄先生自置店铺扩充营业（也就是现址），给更多农民和家庭用户可以有一总站的农产品零售店。同时，增添了数位打拼的工友一起为达成做得更好，打造达成为槟城最大的农产品代理供应商。
目前，达成农业有限公司荣获了马来西亚主要的农产品的代理(排名不分先后）： Sygenta Malaysia、Bayer、Nufarm、Brightomax、Imaspro 、Maxma、Serba Kimia 、Leckat 、Agrobridge 等等，给本地农民供应农产品。
